Hibiscus acetosella. African rosemallow. Beautiful, tall plant with stunning red maple-shaped leaves and gorgeous pink flowers. Known for its sour taste that makes great chutneys, dals and meat dishes. This variant brings out the best color and texture. It needs full sun and warm weather to grow.
