Juana's Orange Amaranth

A native variety from Guatemala that has been grown since ancient times. Named after Juana, a Mayan woman whose family revived these seeds. The plants produce a vivid orange color flower stalk with green foliage. Prolific bearer of white colored seed that can be popped & eaten, or ground into flour.
