African Orange Corn

Gifted by a friend who travelled to Zimbabwe, this flour corn starts out by growing large white dense cobs, and slowly changes to orange tones as it matures. The varieties of orange corn from Africa are known to have higher levels of carotenoids that can be converted into vitamin A by the human body.
